We are pleased to inform you that we were able to complete the reorganisation process that was opened in January of this year on April 12, 2023 by acceptance of the restructuring plan, thus securing the long-term existence of GIPRO. Through this procedure, a corresponding reorganisation of the company could be carried out and at the same time a complete discharge of debt could be achieved. Additionally, we managed to ensure that there were no interruptions in production during the restructuring process and that our deliveries went unhindered.
