Tested and approved insulators, plugs, medium voltage bushings and secondary bushings

At GIPRO we can guarantee faultless delivery, test documentation and insulator durability.

So that you only receive insulators and bushings which meet our exacting quality standards, we use a wide range of state-of-the-art testing equipment:

  • Partial discharge testing: 1 device for up to 110 kV
  • Partial discharge testing: 1 device for up to 200 kV
  • Electrical testing
  • X-ray testing
    (RT1, RT2-inspectors acc. EN ISO 9712)
  • Helium leakage detection systems
    (LT1, LT2-inspectors acc. EN ISO 9712)
  • Climatic testing chambers for temperature tests
    (-70° to +180° C)
  • Pressure testing
  • Burst testing
  • DSC analysis (e.g. to determine glass transition temperatures)
  • Determination of filler content
